William Sullivan, MD received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) from Northwestern University / Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Service Chief of PM&R at Denver VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System. He has served as PM&R Fellowship director and Musculoskeletal Block Director for the University of Colorado School of Medicine. William’s first involvement with NASS was giving a presentation at the Annual Meeting in 1998. He has served as Coding Committee Co-Chair and NASS Advisor to the AMA/RUC committee as well as member of the Nominating Committee and Membership Committee. He has also been Co-Chair of the Medical program for the Emerging Technology Spine Education Summit for the past 10 years.
